How to file a complaint:
Complaints must be made in writing using the form accessible through the website www.luteciahotel.com/canal-denuncia and may concern infractions that have been committed, are being committed, or whose commission can reasonably be foreseen, as well as attempts to conceal such infractions.
In the case of an internal complaint, Doce Horizonte, Ltda will provide the complainant with a receipt within seven days. Simultaneously, the company will also clearly and accessibly transmit the planned or adopted measures to follow up on the complaint, along with their respective justifications, within a maximum period of three months from the date the complaint is received.

Personal Data Protection
Doce Horizonte, Lda guarantees that the processing of personal data carried out in application of this Policy, including the exchange or transmission of personal data with the competent authorities, will be carried out in accordance with current legislation.
Similarly, personal data whose relevance is not evident for handling a specific complaint will not be collected and, if collected accidentally, will be deleted without undue delay.
Responsibility for managing the complaint
Complaints will be received by the relevant department of Doce Horizonte, Lda, which, after registration, will prepare a report and initiate an internal investigation, and may resort to external consultants for this purpose, if necessary.
Should the investigation confirm the occurrence of a violation, Doce Horizonte, Lda will promptly take appropriate corrective measures with respect to the individuals involved, including disciplinary measures up to and including termination, and, in certain circumstances, the matter may be referred to public authorities who may investigate and initiate civil or criminal proceedings.
